'New York IS attack plot' is revealed
A jihadist plot to attack New York City including Times Square and the subway system was foiled with the help of an undercover FBI agent, officials say. One man in the US and two others in Pakistan and the Philippines are under arrest and face charges of plotting the attacks which they hoped to carry out in the name of the Islamic State group. One of the suspects allegedly said he wanted to create "the next 9/11".

So was it a real plot or just one of those FBI stings where they encouraged people to do bad things and even provided fake weapons for them? Enquiring minds want to know....
Are you saying that the government wants people to be worried about terrorism? And perhaps to divert attention from home-grown killers like Paddock at the right time?
Maybe, you know, all those people in the government want to come up with reasons why their jobs should still exist?
Well it's not like they have not done this before!
Exactly what you'd expect. Last year, an FBI informant puts words in people's mouths, simultaneously creating and busting a terror plot of their own invention. Nobody did anything, although roughly four-hundred dollars may have hypothetically, at some point in the future, been used for no good. How does warmed-over tripe like this get so many upvotes?
