But... Wind is a finite resource, people. If you slow the wind down, it will cause temperatures to go up

Really?........tens of thousands turbines along every conceivable hurricane path....prevent winds from reaching those speeds. How far out would these turbines need to be, how many million turbines, and just what effect would they have on normal beneficial winds? These engineers are delirious.
