I wonder how well that would actually hold up in court. I hope we never have to find out, because that is absolutely ridiculous.
I'm pretty sure this'll be DOA. I've heard some explanations of it, and it sounds so broad that it could apply to anyone who has ever used the internet. That's not going to stop me from writing my representatives, though.
