i love this style guide, and adhere to it almost completely. i'm curious to see if the community's attitude towards the 1.9 hash syntax (namely "When you've got keys that are not symbols stick to the hash rockets syntax") will change, given that we're able to use quoted keys with a trailing colon in 2.2.
