If this place doesn't heat up as more people migrate to the site, it might be a good idea to either:
a) Start posting prompts of your own, or
b) Open up a new Tribe with a similar name and promote that one
If you do start a Tribe, let me know! I'd be happy to join a more active alternative
Edit: I just read the Chief's stickied post on "Progression and Growth" and it sounds like he/she will start posting more once the tribe has reached a decent size. My advice would be, start posting those prompts now, /u/Aevitis (and other users). An active tribe with daily (or at least weekly) prompts will draw more users
