If I create the new snapzu tribe, do I have ultimate moderator tools by default?]
Or I have to set myself as a moderator on my own tribe? (kinda confusing)

You moderate your own tribe, you can also add other people to moderate your tribe. I am not sure if you can appoint someone when you first start out. Maybe /u/gladsdotter can help you out with more information.
