Would you like to see a Remake of an Older Zelda Title?

Now that we are hearing that Final Fantasy VII is actually getting a full remake, would you like other games like say an older Zelda title get remade in today's heavy graphics world?

While I would like newer titles that are of the Ocarina and Wind Waker caliber, I'd like to see the two NES and the SNES game redone in today's Graphics, even if left as a top down/side scroller title they could be polished up and look better and probably sell well on the Wii U store. My obvious favorite for an HD remake would be Ocarina of Time. Again those would be my options if they were remaking them, but I still like to replay them as is so it's not a big deal.

I would love to see The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past get a graphics heavy remake. Although, I gotta say that even playing it now isn't so bad but 3d HD graphics would be awesome.

Some games at the time were very well done when compared to others. Usually I find the Zelda games of old have aged very well.

NES ones for sure since it would have the most impact.

I would like to think Zelda II would do well in today's world, it was way different back then but in today's fallout and Skyrim world it would probably go over well.

It would be cool to see LTTP running on LBW's engine

All of the Zelda games I have I played I have liked, but if I got to choose, I would be able to play the original on any platform :)

Well I don't think you'll be getting it anytime soon on a Playstation or Xbox but Nintendo is said to be thinking about releasing older titles as Apps. It's a small consolation prize I guess.

Well, I would take that. If the original Zelda and Metroid were widely available, I could live with that.
