Speeding up or Maxing Utorrent up?

I already updated the settings up to date with the correct methods, however isn't there yet another way to speed up a torrent, like a software tool? Or changing your router trafficking by logging in?

I don't really have a slow internet but I only want** Tiberuim Wars** to torrent faster.. Know it's illegal. How can you do this maxing torreting speed without adding more trackers to the list??
