A place where I can meet new people and maybe make friends with them?; please understand.

For the record usually I write my post straight forwardly so bear with me.I feel somewhat alone and I want to find a mutual friend whom I could talk to about common interests, maybe not on Snapzu but other social net works. Reason for this, is because I want to share knowledge and gain some or just have a discussion with.
