Talon-A : A hypersonic rocket capable of reaching 8,000 km/h
After trying to fly the biggest plane in the world, Stratolaunch embarks on a new project called Talon-A. They’re developing a reusable rocket able to reach hypersonic speeds, Space News reports. The rocket will be used as part of commercial transportation, but the company would also reach a deal with the US government and especially the US Army. With hypersonic speeds, the rocket Talon-A could be particularly useful and effective in the context of solving offensive as defensive scenarios.
