It seems that the user created several tribes and parked them and is not active in any of them.

I'd like to make /t/thewalkingdead the hub for the whole franchise (Books, games, comics, series), a place to have discussion of new material of every media, but the user seems completely inactive.

I would like to claim the /t/thewalkingdead tribe.

    I posted into /t/thewalkingdead and got confused. It looks like the chief is completely inactive on Snapzu. For anyone looking for an active tribe dedicated to The Walking Dead, head on over to /t/walkingdead!

      Oh yes.

      I'm sorry I failed to update you all regarding this.

      I spoke to /u/drunkenninja and since he was the chief in /t/walkingdead we came to the conclusion that we could develop from there instead of the parked tribe, since it was already established, he added me as a mod there and I started helping the tribe.
