Any news about how the reflexion is going?

I'd be particularly happy to hear about admins, /u/drunkenninja and /u/teamsnapzu. Have you guys put any thought about how it will work in the future (whether near or far)?

Do you have suggestions about what we should do now with the tools that are currently available to us, or thoughts about what has already been proposed and how to spread the word outside of this tribe?

Edit: I assumed /u/gladsdotter was an admin, but s/he corrected me, s/he just an experienced user and moderator.
