I'll go ahead and share this one. Sometime back on the MITM (Music In The Making) subreddit, and guy posted a guitar piece and asked for a remix. Another gentleman put down a really nice solo. I downloaded the stems, hacked on it for a few days and added piano, drums, bass, incidentals, as well as re-arranged the entire song around. I was really proud of how it turned out.
