It's not really my "go-to" by choice, but I guess I did Goodbye Yellow Brick Road a lot back when I did karaoke with any regularity. Not sure why.
It's a little obscure, but I wish my go-to was (Peter Gabriel-era) Genesis' Back in NYC. I think it's one of Gabriel's best performances, he and I have about the same vocal range, and it's super fun to really belt out. Sadly I've only found a karaoke version of it once, a long time ago.
