This Motorola Razr Video Might Make You Cringe
We appreciate teardowns around here. No, not because we do a lot of self repair here in the office, but it's cool to see all of the designing and effort that goes into creating the devices we care so much about. As foldable phones like Motorola's $1,500 Razr become more common to see, the below...

The Moto G Stylus and G Power make Motorola’s best budget phones even better
Motorola’s Moto G line of smartphones has had some of the best budget phones on the market, and this year’s models — the Moto G Stylus and the Moto G Power — look to continue that reputation with bigger screens, faster processors, better cameras, and new features while staying under a $299 price point. The G Stylus, in particular, stands out as one of the few Android phones available in 2020 with a built-in stylus.

Hands-on with folding Motorola Razr
The Motorola Razr has been revived as a folding smartphone, 15 years after the original “game changing” device hit the market. Motorola was once a popular phone brand but has since lost market share to rivals such as Apple, Huawei and Samsung. The brand is now owned by Chinese computing firm Lenovo. The new Motorola Razr will be sold for $1,500, starting in the US on 26 December.

Hello, Moto. The foldable Razr's secret keyboard is a blast from the past
Motorola's new $1,500 foldable Razr phone is winking at you. With the right combination of keys and swipes, you can make the newfangled device for 2019 look, sound and act like the Razr flip phone from 2004. Or at least the phone dialer. We went hands-on with the fun throwback screen at Motorola's headquarters in Chicago before the company launched its new foldable phone on Wednesday night -- here's how it works.

Motorola has let me down for the last time
If a company can't deliver in a timely manner, then it needs to deliver on a schedule it can adhere to. The important part is that it delivers at all, and since Motorola has decided not to do so I've decided to tell anyone who asks that they shouldn't buy a Motorola phone.

Motorola announces the Moto Z4 with a 48MP camera, a headphone jack, and more
After various leaks, Motorola today finally announced its Moto Z4 handset. Indeed, there are no surprises left with the device. It's powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset, a 2GHz octa-core SoC. Motorola opted for a single-lens camera this time around, which means you lose features like Selective Black & White and Selective Focus. It does have a 48-megapixel sensor though, which uses quad pixel technology. In other words, it combines four pixels into one for better low-light photography, so you'll end up with a 12-megapixel image.

Moto Z4 is Crazy Thin, Mocks Anti-Headphone Trend
Motorola’s Moto Z line refuses to die and will soon grow with the Moto Z4, a phone that has leaked a couple of times already. Last night, we got another look at press renders of the device that show off not only how thin it is, but that it’ll ditch the efforts of this terrible industry to try and rid the world of headphone jacks. As wildly thin as this phone appears to be, Motorola somehow managed to do the unthinkable.

Motorola and Nokia’s new phones make $350 look like $1,000
What matters more: how a phone looks or how it performs? “How it performs” might be the obvious answer, but how a phone looks — its design, screen, and ergonomics — vastly affects how it feels to use. If you have to make a trade-off, sometimes performance is the right choice. That’s the story behind two of this season’s most promising new phones, the Nokia 7.1 and the Motorola One. Both phones look a lot like new iPhones, with tall screens, dual cameras, and notches on top. But they come with one critical difference: they sell for half the price — $349 for the Nokia 7.1 and $399 for the Motorola One.

Moto G6, G6 Play, and G6 Plus review: I can’t believe budget phones are this good
I still can’t believe this is a $250 phone. The Moto G6 looks and feels like a phone twice its price. It has a great screen, a comfortable design, a clear speaker, and in the few weeks I’ve been using it, no obvious performance issues (despite its budget price and processor). I certainly do have complaints and nitpicks, but I still keep picking it up and thinking, “How on earth is this thing only $250?”

Interview: Motorola President Sergio Buniac sparked Latin America success, but growth doesn't stop there
Motorola is a bigger deal than many of us realize. It holds a second-place market share position in several countries, and is extremely popular across massive markets like Brazil and India. It's even become the top unlocked phone brand in the U.S. And Motorola's new President, Sergio Buniac, thinks it can go much further — and has a proven plan to work with. I had the opportunity to sit down with Mr. Buniac for about a half hour over some espresso and pão de queijo, which really is how I aim to conduct all of my interviews going forward.
