It appears that Marvel's Doctor Strange sequel may be much further along than we may have thought as Benedict Wong has seemingly revealed that the film could begin filming as soon as this December!

As the contracts of Avengers stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., and others are starting to expire, Marvel studios is already locking down its next wave of franchise faces. Captain Marvel's Brie Larson is certainly a major part of the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the studio has already locked her down for several upcoming movies.

In order to teach sites like this one a lesson about leaking things they don’t want out there, there are rumors Marvel may have gone to an alternate title for Avengers 4, but those are not confirmed. Last night prior to me running the rumor of the Annihilation title, I learned the Marvel was really mad that it leaked out and they planned to announce it today. That’s why I ran the rumor last night.

A user on Reddit was watching Ant-Man and The Wasp and he discovered that after Scott Lang absorbs the Quantum Particles into the device, more orange energy orbs appear around him…right when the people outside turn to dust. Syncing up that scene with the scenes of The Snap in Avengers: Infinity War showed that when people began turning to dust, more Quantum Particles appeared in the Quantum Realm:

Mrvel fans may be looking forward to the release of the new superhero movie Venom – but for its star, Tom Hardy, it will be a bittersweet experience. In an interview with ComicsExplained, Hardy said that all his favourite scenes had ended up on the cutting-room floor. When asked "What was your favourite scene to film?" he said: "Things that aren’t in this movie." The Taboo star continued, in a possibly tongue-in-cheek reply: "There are, like, 30 to 40 minutes' worth of scenes that aren’t in this movie... all of them. Paul Feig has ruled out the idea of sitting in the director's chair for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The team of misfits and outlaws first appeared in the comics back in 1969, but with a vastly different line-up. Idris Elba has starred in five Marvel movies but that doesn’t mean he’s down with the franchise’s lingo. He admitted as much during an interview with Yahoo Movies UK for his directorial debutYardie. When the MCU – the official acronym for Disney’s Marvel Cinematic Universe – was mentioned, Elba revealed he didn’t know what it meant. “What’s MCU?” he asked. “Oh right, I have never heard that before! I thought it was Manchester United.. but don’t worry about it.”

Though Doctor Strange seemingly died at the hands of Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel Studios might be planning to bring him back for another solo movie. A rumor reported by the Mirror indicates that star Benedict Cumberbatch is getting a major pay raise to return for Doctor Strange 2, adding more fuel to the fire that Marvel is making major plans for the Sorcerer Supreme after Avengers 4. Now, the Mirror is not the most reliable source, so we should take this with a grain of salt, but they have been accurate with their entertainment reporting before.

The accolades for Avengers: Infinity War continue to pour in, as Marvel Studios' hit film earned some hardware at the Teen Choice Awards. Ever since Alice Eve was announced as joining Netflix's corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans have speculated over who she might be playing in the second season of Iron Fist. Turns out, she's playing a major character from Daredevil lore.

Marvel’s “Ant-Man and the Wasp,” which filmed for two days in Savannah in 2017 and had about a month-long presence that included building sets, prepping locations and obtaining permits contributed about $3.7 million in economic spending, according to the Savannah Area Film Office.

With the Blu-ray release of Avengers: Infinity War fast approaching rumors are beginning to spread of what will be included in the disc. And one such rumor comes directly from the creator of Thanos himself, Jim Starlin. According to Starlin, we may see roughly 30 extra minutes of completed footage detailing Thanos’ backstory.
