Unless you click the "all" tab there's no reason for you to see any /r/fatpeoplehate posts or any other sub for that matter.
Sure, it's possible that people didn't know about FPH, but that means that they were not paying attention to the site overall, no? That's what I was saying, that they were not paying attention. I was on Reddit all day everyday and never came across anything like FPH until right before all of the drama happened.
