On your Activity Feed page (The House icon in the top right), there will be a small link on the right that says "Show filters". It's under the grey box that has the 'Following Feed', 'Tribes Feed' and 'Pinned Feed' menus.
Press 'Show Filters' and then some bars will appear. Under the bars are three boxes, 'All', 'Me', 'Everyone Else'.
Just click your username. And, you'll find it.

I had to go to filters to get what I wanted, that's why I missed the first time.
It's not immediately obvious but level of fine grained control seems very useful.

To see your posts, just press the 'Me' box.
