I haven't been here long, but I've noticed that the comments tend to be very inclusive. I'm still a little fuzzy on the interface, but that's normal for when you join a new site.
All due respect to the admins, I think much of this is due to the "work in progress" nature. The difficulty is that as a whole, everything looks so polished and great it can be confusing when certain elements misbehave or are missing vital features. I guess you just have to look forward to the future and enjoy things as they are for now. It's idiosyncratic in parts, but all in all a great community and a solid core interface.
