Hello! Am new.

Joined Snapzu like many others as I'm looking for an alternative to Reddit.

Unlike many however my reasons for looking elsewhere aren't because of nebulous concepts of 'free speech', it's rather that I'm sick of much of the circlejerk on reddit. Seems like the site is getting taken over by the far right, and while I can happilly deal with people with different views to me, when that extends to spreading hate speech and hurting other people, that's just going to mean that long term Reddit is going to become increasingly limited in terms of its content and membership, and that's making it suck.

I understand snapzu has rules against hate speech, although they also mention being fully free speech, so I'm not sure where it lies, so looking to find out!

I haven't seen much far-right activity on Reddit, it's more like it's own specific brand of hate for example FPH. They are huge supporters of Bernie Sanders who is the farthest thing from right-wing in the US.

I dislike the atheist movement on there as well, but that's been there since the beginning and is also considered left-wing.
