You should look into the referral program. I'm new too, so I haven't looked too into it yet. But it looks awesome and it might help you with growing your tribes.

It seems like that. Until now the "new tribe guide" suggested posting in the lounge but now they changed that suggestion and instead point you to /t/newtribes .
