New Snapzuumer, ok we get it people are migrating from reddit. Enough, this isnt reddit and no one cares.
Look I get it a lot of us are from reddit, but this isn't reddit. Lets not make it reddit, and just let it go. You migrated from reddit for a reason. Not trying to be a dick its just that it doesn't matter, join the tribes, foster growth and make this a great community without turning Snapzu into the reddit replacement. I'm SuaveJuggernaut its nice to meet yall.
*EDIT, I am not calling anyone out in particular nor did I intend to. I was calling myself the new snapzuumer and if anyone has that name then I apologize.

Migrated? Why do people get it in there head that if you use snapzu you can't use reddit anymore? Reddit is still an amazing place like everywhere else there are some bad places in there which is to be expected with such large community's.
Oh I agree, but there are a lot of people who are entirely "jumping ship" looking for a new horizon kind of deal. I really like snapzu as the community it is and not a new reddit which seems to be what a lot of people are looking for.
It's a transition thing. People feel comfortable in a known sorrounding it's natural to crave some of it. It's also a way to build solidarity with other users. Being new is often a bit jarring and when you know there are many others like you it makes the transition so much easier. I don't think Snapzu is going to turn into reddit. Besides the different layout and interface etc, it's a different community altogether where people are nice and respectful. And because of the XP system anyone who isn't so will be filtered out eventually. I see your concern but this is my optimistic view of things lol. Welcome! :)
I don't think that calling someone out by username was really appropriate. Lets get along, and explore the new community together!

Haha No worries at all , after I went back and looked at it again I saw how it could be construed that way and made an edit to hopefully alleviate that. I felt pretty bad if anyone took it that way after I saw it haha.
