We decided not to use a user prefix, also, there is very few "reserved" words that shouldn't be users name anyways, once we correct this, I dont see a problem going forward.
Indeed, these words / phrases are reserved words and have been added to the reserved username list, however for some reason it was case sensitive so creating an account was still possible. We are going to patch the system so that reserved usernames are not case sensitive so that any combination of lower case and upper case.
Edit: These two accounts will need to be removed sometime down the road, I would say about 48 hours from now. If these are test accounts, it wont be a big deal, however I suggest creating a different account before these are removed.

Well, could have been prevented with a URL user prefix. /u/\<username> or /person/username etc
