[Question] Is there a tribe dedicated to tribe news, questions, chiefs, management?

I have a question regarding tribe management/creation, but couldn't find a relevant tribe to submit my question to. I know there is /t/newtribes, but is there anything that is more geared to tribe chiefs, tribe rules, creation, management, etc.?

I specifically have a question about tribe picture compression.

    The Tribe FAQ has the answer to some of your questions. I also started a thread for New comer Q&A. The General FAQ Page may be able to help with your other questions!

    Also, I know when you are in the process of creating a tribe it gives you some guidelines and suggestions such as making sure you are passionate about the tribe you are creating.
