I would like to think that, and hope it's true. But, if snapzu ever does take off to the same degree reddit did, I think this question will have to be answered.
You say the 'community would quickly repel it' - but does the community have a say in whether or not a tribe exists? Or could I go make such a tribe right now and use word of mouth to get members to join 'under the radar'?
Sure, but that doesn't mean that it ceased to exist, does it? I mean, if people really want to make a tribe to deride fat people or some race or another, then they can make it and post things and just not worry about the downvotes, right? So, I make a tribe and posts that people happen upon get downvoted to oblivion - does that mean that people i point to /t/reallymeantribe can't see the content there?
