aticusdarklord foresees a discusion

Hello everyone I'm Aticusdarklord and as many newcomers in this time of need I am part of the great reddit migration I must say that I have travelled through out the plains of the internet to find a new home and at last I have found one, it wasn't easy, the talk for the promised site that will come to save us led me to many awful site one that praised a goat, another that was the bastard son of the one night stand between reddit and pinterest, and another weird one where they liked to place things one on-top of the other. But thankfully I heard chimes of a great place as I grew nearer of this place but there was one more step before I could enter, I had to pass the acceptance rites. I was dumbfounded that there was such a thing, but I had no alternative I knew this was the place for me it was calling to me. I have no recollection of the rites anymore nor do I know how I surmounted the tasks but I did my brothers and sisters and now here I am hoping that you accept me into your awesome site!! seriously though this place seems great the users seem nice and the discussions seem to grow instead of stagnating with worthless comments. Thanks for taking me in guys, you seem to be a great community and I hope that we all together have a great time

thanks but now that I'm trying to establish myself I was wondering is there any place where there are discussions about gravity falls Steven universe or show in general I tried typing /t/gravityfalls and nothing is there so any ideas or pointers to where I should go?

You can search at the top for "gravity falls" and the two words individually and see if anything pops up. Note that at the top of the search results are Snaps, Comments, Tribes, and Users and you have the select one of them to see those results. If you don't find anything related to Gravity Falls, you could always make the tribe yourself! Keep in mind the responsibilities that come with creating a tribe, however.

thanks and one final question what are these responsibilities?

When you click "Create a Tribe", the full shebang will be on the right side, but for your reference:

It looks like you are ready to start a new community for other members to join and participate in! Are you willing to take that role?

'With great power comes great responsibility'
            Basic Responsibilities:

            1. Make sure you have an interest in this topic. Do not attempt to run a community that you don't have a passion for.
            2. Routinely post great relevant content and start discussions with your like-minded members. This will get people engaged and have them coming back for more. It will also help new members find your tribe.
            3. Keep control and moderate the content that gets posted in the tribe. You don't want people to think that you've abandoned it.
            4. Be patient. It takes time and dedication to grow a tribe into a lively and booming community, but in the end it's all worth it. Share it around wherever you can on relevant forums, social media, and other places on the web. Don't be afraid to get the word out!

As founder, you will be the forefather of this tribe. Whether it eventually reaches 100 members, or a million members down the road, is uncertain. The one certainty is that you are being given an opportunity to do something great, and whether you accept or not, is all up to you. Now let's make it happen!

I think you just made a great exposition on the reasons no one in their right mind would want the whole Reddit community to come to one place.

yup, while several subs are like snapzu in that they are welcoming and nice there are others that are really hateful and lets just hope that the users that are like the former are able to come here and those in the latter category go some place else
