Due to our small population things move in a slower pace. Imagine you just moved from a metropolis to a small town. Many areas are still vacant, but this just means there are lots of opportunities of growth. We just need some good ideas.
I searched for a nanny (or nannies) tribe as well as Minnesota Wild tribes. I didn't find anything. I don't see the black bar, but, so far, I've only been on mobile, so that may be my problem.
I had noticed the lack of tribe rules too. I'm thinking, for now, I'll do what I can on mobile, but only post/create tribes on my laptop. It means I won't produce much content yet, but I think that's okay for now.
