There is actually a way to get a dark theme although at the moment it isn't perfect.
If you use chrome, download the stylish extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stylish/fjnbnpbmkenffdnngjfgmeleoegfcffe). And then download this style for snapzu: https://userstyles.org/styles/115110/snapzu-dark-theme-scrolling-user-bar-restored
That should give you a decent dark theme until something better inevitably comes around. It works well for me.
