Welcome /u/Spamu! As drunkenninjia mentioned, /t/gaming is a good start. There's also /t/videogames, /t/pcgaming, /t/gamedeals and more. When you browse snaps on those tribes, you can see where else the snap was posted to and find new communities to join. Just look to the right side of any snaps to see where they were posted to.
