Hey, I'm a new Snapzu user looking for an online home

I'm basically looking for a community with thoughtful levels of discussion and interesting links. So many social news sites end up becoming inward facing and half the content is about the social news site. I'm not gonna name any names haha.

My interests are primarily music, I run nights and DJ for a living. Online I have an interest in almost everything, from scientific breakthroughs, politics all the way to crazy conspiracy theories.
