Hi, if you can't find a /t/askhistory, I'm sure you would be able to do it yourself and a few other people. Moderation definitely seems to be easier here.
Moderation is easier because the community is better. Moderators can only remove snaps from their tribes, they cannot remove comments. This is currently being discussed on /t/tribetalk ([Topic of the Week] Tribe Management, Customization, and Moderation Tools).
