I don't know where in the account setup process @Irishserf may have encountered it, but in my attempt to remember what it was (I had totally forgotten about it), I found it by clicking my avatar in the top right, then 'settings,' and it's right at the top of the Visual Preferences page.

What does it mean to 'enter a profile title '
It's just a little blurb that people will see when looking at your profile. If you leave it blank, as I did, it will just say "Irishserf @ Snapzu."
