    IDK, it sounds nice and all, but that assumes that people from Reddit are actually leaving for the same reasons, or at least reason that don't actively oppose one another.

    From what I can tell, that is almost opposite the case. Either people are leaving because they don't like they way Reddit is (was?) currently being handled and they like the way Reddit was and just want a copy, or the changes brought out the things about Reddit people didn't like and the cons finally outweighed the negatives and they wanted something fresh, if not completely different.
