Reposts
What is the approved, most diplomatic and polite way to handle re-posts? I myself have been guilty (didn't look back far enough), and have noticed a few others. Most notably today there were 2 exact articles posted mere hours apart. How are re-posts best dealt with?

I think a PM to the person that reposted is a good way to let them know. Also, like you mentioned by /u/gladsdotter, there is a "repost" tag when down voting. This quickly lets the user know whats up.
