Same with me. Lurked for about half a year and then became an active user. I really wanted to believe that it was a close knit community. I even took on a certain pride by being a member of what seemed at first to be an anonymous family. In the end, however they really know how to show their true colors when serious matters arise. Turns out all of those "Hivemind" jokes weren't actually jokes. Reddit's hate felt like a cancer to me. Anyway, it's behind us now. Thanks for replying and here's to enjoying our stay!
