Quitting Reddit for Snapzu

The layout of this site is far better and the community seems to be really together.

The site will grow on you if it already hasn't. It might feel a bit sluggish at the moment given that we are being bombarded with refugees from Reddit, but when everything settles down it's a nice snappy (pardon the pun) site.

    Welcome.

It's a much more premium-feeling system, for sure. Still needs a bit of smoothing out but the admins are very receptive to feedback.

All this place needs is more users.

I like it here so far! Though I admit I still visit Reddit with VERY limited subs. I still enjoy some of the very small subs and can't shake the habit fully.

Same here; hopefully the initial complication won't turn off too many.

Except on mobile, the voting buttons for comments are too small. We need an app!

Checked a few alternatives today. Voat looks too much like reddit as far as layout goes. Crunchbase says it was founded in 2014, not sure if that's the right date, but I'd feel like I'm using a reddit Clone over there. Site speed is a lot faster here as well, though this site is receiving a lot less traffic at this point. Hubski looks over-simplified.

This site looks nice and has some good functions built in like the analytics, I'm just not too sold on the name.........
