Start a community on Snapzu, validate it to join the referral program, grow your tribe by referring members to it and collect referrals. When the credits system goes live, all credits purchased by your referrals will be split between yourself and Snapzu at a 50/50 rate. It's really that simple. There is a lot of documentation about it in the footer if you would like to know more.
As I understand it, you refer users to your tribe(s), by giving codes to your friends and posting your link at your old community to move all the users over (so a forum or twitter, etc. - not reddit). These are forever flagged as having been referred by you. You can then get your tribe to grow.
The other benefit of this is that Snapzu is starting a credits system soon (presumably similar to reddit gold). When any of your referrals buy credits (ever), you will get a percentage of the value of that purchase for credits to use yourself. I'm not sure what you will be able to actually use the credits for at this point, however.
