What is that experience that you believe is universally similar for everyone?

It could be something like the pain from the death of a loved one, or something specific.

I think I can safely say that any physical trauma would be experienced in the same manner by everyone, maybe most emotional trauma too... however I'm sure people deal with it differently after the fact.

As for an actual experience and not just some instinctual body or emotional reaction I think going to space and orbiting the Earth would be similar for everyone. The sheer fact that you no longer feel gravity, the earth is below you and you're so far away you just finally realize how truly special it really is and how insignificant we are in the vastness of the universe.

Curiosity. It's just so hardwired into being human; although the depth and nature of the curiousity would differ from person to person. From the simple "What's over there?" to the "What is the nature of subatomic matter?"

Who hasn't had the dream where you show up to school in your underwear?
