Can I see posts from all tribes in one place?

I expected the front page ("ALL" link at the top) to show everything, but I don't think it does... I don't even know what it is showing. For example, I don't see this post, that I made in /t/random/ just now, but I see this post, which isn't from any tribe I follow or by any user I follow. Switching between "All Tribes" and "My Tribes" doesn't do anything noticeable. I know there's "Tribes Feed", that shows everything from tribes I follow, but I can't find a way to see posts from all tribes.

There is a global filter that needs a +3 score to show a post on the front page, it's designed to protect the page against most unwanted spam. Once the post reaches this requirement it should show up on the front page without issues. Switching between the "all tribes" and "my tribes" should actually do a lot, I use this all the time and it works great.

Front Page > List > All Tribes

This should show ALL content from ALL tribes as long as it has a +3 score.

I think the newest filter should have +1 as the minimum requirement and not +3 since that defeats the purpose.
