[Site Functionality] Random buttons

There could be buttons up at the top of the screen that take you to a random tribe or snap. (Kind of like reddit's "random" link, but better.) This way, if you're bored and want to find something new quickly and easily, you can just click that.

    Great idea! I'm all for new ways to discover new things, and I think this would be a great way for new and existing users to discover new tribes!
