Youtube playlists

I realize that the video submission currently only recognizes content from Youtube and Vimeo, but I was surprised to learn that it doesn't recognize playlists from Youtube either. I wasn't able to submit it as a regular link until I posted a video from the series and added it on as an additional module.

Is this a feature or a glitch?
