Thanks /u/gladsdotter, I was just about to ask if there was such a person to check out these things - as some of the suggestions I don't know how to do on my own.
My question to this: is the home inspector someone that I, the potential buyer has to pay for? Even if I don't buy the house? How much does that cost? Is there any other costs that might be associated in the buying/searching process that doesn't really get talked about?
