Breakfast ideas

Hi /t/fitness just wondering if anyone had ideas or links for breakfast that is low carb, high fat and high protein.

    You can't really go wrong with eggs. I eat a lot of ground turkey or chicken breast omelettes. Something like 4 eggs/4 oz meat/14g shredded cheese is high protein, delicious and filling and easily adjustable for whether you're on a bulk or cut. I usually eat it on toast or some kind of bread to make a sandwich but if you're going for low carb you could skip that I guess.
