Sorry for the late reply, I was sleeping. Anyway, to continue the questline for the NCR I think you have to talk to a leader at the NCR embassy at the end of the strip. His name is Dennis Crocker, go there and try and talk to him and see what comes from that.
I like the ncr, who do I go talk to to get the next quest? I know there was a quest about a dam, but it's gone now.
