My wife does. Holy shit. Blizzard conditions in the bedroom, ceiling fan cranked up to 'Category 4 Hurricane', and her all snug up under a couple of blankets. Aaand it's 89 degrees outside.
I used to do this in college all the time, especially in the winter. My head would always get hot when I slept, so I bought one of those fans you could attach to shelving to point straight down. My girlfriend thought I was crazy for running a fan.
