How should this tribe be shaped?

Hello! I saw that the tribe needed a new chief the other day and I figured I'd take a shot at it since I'm all into the devopsy kinda stuff and I've managed forums and things like it before. So, since this tribe existed before I took over I thought I would check with you all to see what your thoughts were about how we should build and grow our tribe.
