All cats should be declawed or become indoor cats.

In the US alone, cats are killing billions of animal because they are left to go outdoors, and they still have claws to attack and maim/kill.

If people are not willing to follow the declawing system, they should only own indoor cats.

Removing a cat's only defensive mechanism is generally considered animal abuse.

If a man had hurt or killed people, he would be sent to prison. So why do we let cats run wild and kill many animals? They are having a deep impact on animal population, and there should be a way to prevent this.

Yes. Population control. Like any other wild animal population, there needs to be a way to keep cats in check. Don't torture the animals because they are naturally designed to be little rodent killers.

Cats are not the only animals that are predators, should we do something about these animals too?

Cats don't play a natural role in the (albeit not particularly developed) ecosystem of the "urban fauna". A hypothetical situation would be that you have an bird that is killing the bugs that are eating the fruits in your apple tree. The cat kills the bird and then you have insects spoiling the fruit.

My scenario,my outside cat catches mouse that has been trying to get in my house, brings mouse on deck to share it(hate that part),mouse does not get in to chew wires ,papers ,etc. I doubt that would have happen without claws, BTW urban fauna has double meaning lol. Using poisons is not going to happen!
