Mine is a light roasted espresso from latin/central America that's freshly ground and was 2-3 days ago, black. Medium body, slightly creamy, complex flavours, low acidity oh god I have to go make one!
Just got a Hario Woodneck, so I'm biased towards that right now. Bright front acidity with an emphasis on the body of the coffee. Like a mix of a Kalita and a Chemex.

A light and fresh roast from Ethiopia or Kenya. Something about those blueberry notes makes me want to bathe in it. I usually use the Hario V60
Anything I make in my Nel pot. She is my sweet flannel mistress. Sockbrew for life, man!
Sounds like a cliché, but something juicy fruit tasting. More accurate; naturally processed (unwashed) Ethiopian. V60. Miaow.
Edit/update: right now enjoying (natural) Etiopian heirloom w/ flavor of blueberries
