Yes, probably. I just stumbled upon it. I don't know its creator's intent, nor its (rather small) community. As I said, if someone wants to claim it, they can then decide to include aboriginal people from all the "New World" counties, as you suggest. I do believe it's a good idea, for what my opinion is worth, considering I'm not even a member of the tribe.
