I used to love the original Golden Nuggets. Then they brought it back with smaller nuggets and less sugar. Then I got into Lucky Charms in a big way. On a trip to America, I discovered to my horror that their LCs were not like our LCs (blue charms? no no no can't have that). Then there were Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Red, with dried cranberries, almonds and yogurt flakes. Oh yes. Then they took them away from me... :( :(

So, good old Shreddies it is, with a spoonful of dark brown sugar for added flavour and full cream milk.
